HELPFUL TIP: Work on one eye at a time, applying the primer and then the mascara before the primer dries. The best way to apply the L’oreal mascara primer is to do one eye at a time. You do not want to allow it to dry completely before adding mascara because it won’t adhere to it as well. Mascara primer is not necessary, but it is very beneficial.
